We've been helping women shift menopause weight and maintain ideal post-menopausal body composition for over six years. Our 8-week programme is targeted at the unique challenges faced by women as they approach and pass through the menopause. Our personalised approach includes a comprehensive assessment and goal setting, 3x weekly personal training sessions, a custom nutrition plan, daily check-ins, weekly progress evaluations, and home support. You'll have your body back in time for summer shorts, sundresses and swimsuits!
Over the eight weeks you'll receive:
Dedicated support with a highly qualified PT
Initial consultation evaluating your fitness level, gait, any imbalances/injuries as well as your eating habits.
3x weekly body composition analysis with Tanita
3x weekly 1:1 personal training sessions for 8 weeks
8 week nutrition plan + and ongoing nutritional feedback
Daily check-ins via WhatsApp
Final assessment and maintenance plan at programme completion
